Specifically, we are looking for the following positions:
| Accounting Officer (1 Position) |
Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping and accounting documents of all types. Record monthly receipts & expenses.
Preparation of monthly tax, withholding tax and value added tax (VAT P.N.D 1,3,50, 51, 53, Input tax, sales tax, and P.P.30).
Payroll staff and prepare and submit Social Security contributions.
Experience with monthly account closing. preparing balance sheet and income statement.
General administrative support and coordination.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
Experience 2 years in Accounting and Tax and related fiend
Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Internet and Accounting programes
Good interpersonal, meticulous and able to work under pressure
Good English (spoken & written) and communication skills with a pass on TOEIC of 500+
Only thai nationality
| Administrative Officer (2 Positions) |
Responsibilities :
To input data into database and maintain student records
including data input
copying and scanning documents
filing and maintaining paper records
completing online applications
calling customers to follow up on applications
To assist maintenance of client files and reference materials
To provide cover for the reception desk
Other administration supports and duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any field. (Bachelor of language will be an advantage)
Excellent knowledge of basic computer programs, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
Fluent communication in English (TOEIC score 500 up)
Good attitude, independent and able to work under pressure

| Senior Counsellor (1 Position) |
Job Description :
Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
Phoning and emailing prospective customers / enquirers
Following up applications and paperwork with customers
Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with customers
Helping students through the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
Assisting with our marketing campaigns
Other responsibilities assigned by the Director
Requirements :
Masters level degree from the UK preferably from one of our client universities
Enthusiastic, friendly and goal driven
Excellent communication and team working skills
At least 2 years experience as an education counsellor
Thai Speaker with fluent written and spoken English
Male / Female. Thai nationality (no work permit provided)
Ability to use computer & Microsoft Office software
Ability to work on weekend during peak season
Experience in this business area is an advantage
Salary : Starting from 32,000 baht per month, during 4 month probation and training period then rising to 35,500 - 42,000 baht per month depending on experience. A bonus is also available for reaching individual and company goals.
Contract : Contract is for two years in the first instance, up to 4 months probation period. The post is available immediately
Working hours : This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00
Note : This position will suit someone already working in the Education or Education Language Travel industry and has experience of counseling students about study options in the UK. Ideally you will have studied in the UK.
