Hands On is a leading education agency focusing on helping Thai students study in the UK. Specifically, we are looking for the following positions:


 Education Counsellor (1 Position)

   Location :Rama 2

   Responsibilities :
  • Calling prospect customers / enquiries in the database
  • To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Advising potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping students through the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
  • Assisting with our marketing campaigns
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Director

  •    Qualifications :
  • Masters level degree from the UK preferably from one of our client universities
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiasm and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work on weekend during peak season
  • Experience in this industry would be advantage
  • Only Thai nationals are eligible for this position



  •  Education Counsellor (1 Position)

       Responsibilities :
  • Calling prospect customers / enquiries in the database
  • To follow online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Advising and be a good mentor to potential students on their study options in the UK and sharing your experience of studying in the UK
  • Following up applications and paperwork with customers
  • Maintaining customer files & keeping contact with student customers
  • Helping students through the acceptance process and their preparations to go to study in the UK
  • Assisting with our marketing campaigns
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Management Team

  •    Qualifications :
  • Thai native speaker
  • Bachelor or Masters level degree from the UK preferably from one of our client universities
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiasm and Friendly
  • Male / Female. Thai nationality (no work permit provided)
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation skills and highly service minded
  • Ability to use computer and command
  • Ability to work on weekend during peak season.
  • 1-2 years working Experience on this business segment would be advantage. (Fresh graduates are welcome)

  •    Working hours :
  • This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00

  •    Salary :
  • Negotiable depending on experience

  •  Marketing Officer (2 Positions)

       Location : Silom

       Responsibilities :
  • Marketing events and activities via a variety of media, primarily online, including: Facebook, Google AdWords, and E-Mail marketing
  • Assisting with company-wide marketing initiatives, such as exhibitions, interview days and other marketing materials
  • Helping to maintain Hands On Facebook pages
  • Finding and coordinating suitable web placements for Hands On associated marketing
  • Coordinating marketing activities with local businesses, universities and company personnel
  • Producing and updating content for blogs and social media (in both Thai and English)
  • Translating content (primarily from English to Thai)
  • Managing budgets and reporting on the progression of the campaign you are responsible for
  • Designing artwork

  •    Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Photoshop &/or Illustrator preferred
  • Experience in Facebook advertising preferred
  • Experience in Google AdWords preferred
  • Basic HTML knowledge preferred
  • Overseas qualification in marketing preferred

  •    Working hours :
  • Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00

  •    Salary :
  • 24,000 – 28,000 THB with further progression opportunities available
